“Can get windows to run to my HDMI equipped tv, but can’t run a DOS application. Is this a video card resolution setting that needs to be set before running DOS application?”

• This adapter lets you hook up your tv to the computer as a monitor. I hooked my new monitor with the HDMI port and a vga port on my computer tower to get the better results through the HDMI cable. I don’t know about the older DOS application.

• You either need to replace your pcs video card or your computers operating system has to be windows 10 or higher. I hope this helps.
