I purchased this Insignia VGA to HDMI Adapter – white, so I could connect my old Window's 98se P.C. to my new ASUS TUF27 monitor. It worked perfectly! I now have an old PC that I can still use for my older games that will not run on the newer Windows based operating systems. It was super simple to use, I unboxed it, I plugged it into my old PC's VGA video port, connected the USB power cable to the PC. Next, I then connected the HDMI cable from my ASUS monitor to the adapter, turned on the monitor, and booted up the old PC! Bada Bing, Bada boom! Not much to it! And best of all, I didn't need to make any adjustments to my monitor or P.C. settings! It worked great! I highly recommend this Insignia VGA to HDMI Adapter if you need to connect a newer monitor to an old VGA video card, this gizmo fit’s the ticket perfectly! Nuf said!

Worked as expected, my only issue was that the usb connection needed for power was not reachable so I had to use an extension. So make sure whatever device you are connecting this to has a close USB port next to the display connection.

This tiny adapter was affordable and worked perfect connecting my work laptop with an old monitor I had to use as my second screen. This was affordable and still using it when I need to have a second screen for work. The only thing keeping from making the item as a full five star, is the short cord. It would be great if it was slightly longer to be able to move my laptop around.

I used this on my system so that i could mirror from it to my tv using wireless hdmi and it work great!

I needed this to hook up my monitor with the HDMI port for my computer. Everything works perfectly now. My older computer tower doesn’t have a HDMI port and my new monitor has a HDMI port but no old screw in port, this has me up and running.

The product is what was expected. It did not work for my purposes. I was frustrated to learn that there was only a two week return window. People have busy lives and this is sometimes unrealistic to think that we can get back to your store in this amount of time. Please consider readjusting to 30 days.
