“I have 2 both with he same problem just stopped working. They died I put them on the charger and none of the lights lit up. I had them for about 2 months. I got a warranty on the 2nd pair but lost my receipt can the warranty be looked up by serial number”

If you bought the geek squad warranty and have a Best Buy account, they’ll have a record of any geek squad coverage you purchased on that account. Check with geek squad or look it up online.
