• IF your TV is bluetooth equipped (probably not), I use a Motorola adapter that plugs into the TV's audio ports and bluetooth to that. Works great.

• No, because there is no way for you to connect to the headset. If it was a computer then yes (you will need to install a software on your pc to connect your bluetooth device). There are wireless headsets you can buy for your tv.
