how do i reset the bluetooth? I received another phone and was told that the reason my Bluetooth isn't working anymore is because it was paired to my old device and needs to be reset in order to pair with the newer device. This Bluetooth was just purchased last week so I know its not broken already!!!!!!!!!!

This headset can remember up to 6 paired devices at a time. You cannot reset the headset. If you are wanting to pair to a new device, simply follow the pairing process to get it successfully paired. Press and hold (call) to enter pairing mode. The LED blinks red and blue. Make sure that your Bluetooth device is within 33 ft. (10 m) of your headset. Turn on your Bluetooth device, turn on Bluetooth, then set your device to pairing mode. For more information, see the documentation that came with your Bluetooth device. On your Bluetooth device, select NS-CAHBTEB01. The LED lights blue and a tone sounds when your headset pairs to your Bluetooth device.

It can connect with up to 6 devices. Is your original phone that you had connected with the Bluetooth headset still in your possession? If it is and it's powered on your headset will auto connect with the first phone because it is considered to be the primary device. Some phones have the option in the Bluetooth settings to designate itself as the primary device and to connect automatically to whichever Bluetooth device you're connecting with individually.

Turn off the old phone. Put the head set and your new phone into pairing mode - pair when discovered. That is it.

If you still use your old phone, make sure you delete the head set from it.

Please turn your phone or device settings to Bluetooth OFF
then turn it back ON again
Be sure to turn the power ON on the headphone first
Your phone will now pair to the headphone

Try pairing it again.Turn your headset on and go to your bluetooth settings on your phone. It should find the headset and pair for you to use. Be sure to select the name that is on the instruction sheet for pairing.

Just hold the call button for 5+ seconds till it flashes like it wishes it was a Cop Car, and then search on your phone for bluetooth enabled devices.. it should pop up.
