• I have worn these for hours at a time and I love them. I have ran a few miles while wearing a pair of these and they are just awesome and they don't move around much.

• I find them very small. I was shocked to find that you can't adjust them.

• I wear mine during a 10 hour shift at work in a hot shop. No problems wearing them what so ever even with all the heat.

• Yes. My kids and I use them all the time. We workout in the gym and it's great. It's better than having earpiece in the ear.
