“The audio during my phone calls is awful.The sound goes in and out. It works well when I play music from my phone, so I don't understand why it's not working with phone calls. FYI: I'm not walking around while I'm talking.”

Are you using them wirelessly for the phone call, or with the cable that has the microphone built in? I noticed with mine that call quality was pretty bad without the cable plugged in. But when the cable is plugged in, it is perfect quality. For me anyway.

I get the same, but when I connect my blue tooth from.my phone to my surround. So it has to do something with the phone that doesn't hold the signal strongly. I have an Android S7 Edge.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem with the first set of these that I bought. I returned for replacement, and they worked fine. I suggest returning for replacement, I think that they have a quality manufacturing issue.
