My headphone won't recharge. Per the instructions, which is very little, it says to plug into my computer. I have done this several times and the headphones don't recharge. What do I do? null

Ensure you use the charging cable that came with the headphones. I've learned the hard way that different charging cables output different amperages, which means some won't charge the headphones or can overcharge them.

I have no answer, I had the same problem. Headphones would not hold a charge.

Make sure the port your USB is plugged into isnt trying to read the earplugs as a "device", should just be used as power source.

I'm inclined to think that if there's nothing wrong with your computer than it must be the device it's self! I haven't had any problems charging mine on my computer!

Push until the headset LED lights up, on the USB cord ends.

Plug USB cord into WALL plug USB charger. Worked for me.
