“if you have rolled over pages and you cancel can you use the pages you rolled over or do they vanish when you cancel the service?”

• I am new to the program but it is my understanding that unused pages do rollover and you don’t lose any.

• When you get charged for a month, the payment is for the month in advance. If you cancel the service, you will still have instant ink for the month that you paid for. If you have rollover pages during this time, you can use them. Once the service has ended, you can no longer use the instant ink cartridges that HP sends you. Therefore, you can no longer print any pages because the printer will not let you. You will have to use normal ink cartridges to make it print again. I hope this helps.
