You need to have enrolled and registered with HP Instant Ink. If you know you have enrolled in a plan, please try to log in to access your account. If you can log in then you are enrolled and would nee to contact HP Instant ink support. http://www.hp.com/instantink. And if you are enrolled, check that your printer is connected to the internet or your WiFi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I suggest check your online account. It should show ink levels and # of pages printed etc. could be that some problem with that information. calling HP might help. Also make sure your credit card (liked to the account) is still active

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check with HP. They have an excellent Customer Service. I had some issues myself in the beginning, they walked me through everything, and double-checked my account was ER up properly. I does work, Good Luck!
