If you print a lot, say 300 pages a month, I really don't think you can beat this by purchasing ink for yourself at the store. I just started this service and it works great. Before you run out, you get a little box in the mail with your new ink. No extra charge, just your monthly fee. I did my research and have been very pleased with the service.
