- Answer You probably didn’t pay attention to your email notifications you were getting low and kept printing like I did. I ran mine dry out of an urgent document I needed. They ship based on normal usage. Mine arrived 2 days later. Not HP fault/error! Mine ONLY.

- Answer Statements are online and you will be charged monthly for the program you selected. Make sure your printer is connected to the internet so it can transmit usage and ink levels to HP. Auto ship was fast and easy.

- Answer This is a very cost effective way to get ink for your printers. It is usually around 50 dollars for the cartridges and with this it is a small monthly charge and the ink arrives several days before I run out.
