Can I roast a 5 lb boneless ham in it? null

On a tray, but not on the rotisserie. That has a 4 pound limit.

Maybe, If you put use the bottom rack then It should, I would go a little smaller to make sure it take a take pl e measure or ruler. It will hold a 4 pound chicken at largest on the rotisserie.
