I have not actually tried using my switch in that way, and I'd caution that this switch does not directly support HDMI (it uses the VGA style video port) so you would need at least one adapter - maybe more. An HDMI switch would probably be an easier option. If you only need the Video/Audio to switch, you can use a simple HDMI switch. If you want to share controllers or other USB hardware, you'd need an HDMI KVM. I've included a link to one of each here.
