“Is there distance parameters when using the microphone? Can the speaker/microphone be stationary or does it need to be passed around? Can it allow 25 people in a room to speak without passing the microphone/speaker around?”

Hello, Thanks for your question! The meeting mate- like most microphones will be served best by being within closer proximity. I would recommend users be within 5 feet of the product at the most.
