- Answer Hello, Thanks for your question! The meeting mate- like most microphones will be served best by being within closer proximity. I would recommend users be within 5 feet of the product at the most.

- Answer Hello, thanks for reaching out. There is no mic input on the Meeting Mate. The aux-in will work for any line-level signal, like a mixer, to which you could connect a mic to. But connecting a mic to the Aux input would not provide great quality, and it will be very quiet.

- Answer Mine is connected to a PC. It works great on W10 & W11. I often play music and videos with it. It's not super-duper with its volume, but I'm very pleased with it and what it can do.

- Answer First, I would make sure that it is configured correctly in the computer's settings, for Windows: Go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Sound, select Meeting Mate under the Recording and Sound Playback tabs, and choose Set Default. - Answer Bluetooth was disconnected from both the Meeting Mate and from the PC and the device won't connect via USB with Bluetooth turned off on both devices. Are you suggesting that I have to remove the device entirely from the PC's Bluetooth list of connections? If so, this means that I can only have the Meeting Mate connected via one option - either USB or Bluetooth - to any single device?
