Bluetooth was disconnected from both the Meeting Mate and from the PC and the device won't connect via USB with Bluetooth turned off on both devices. Are you suggesting that I have to remove the device entirely from the PC's Bluetooth list of connections? If so, this means that I can only have the Meeting Mate connected via one option - either USB or Bluetooth - to any single device?

You may also want to forget the Meeting Mate on your Bluetooth device so that neither unit attempts to repair automatically.
