“Trouble with my ION Total PA Glow Max - Brand new, just opened it up from box today. Sound will work only if I connect with a blue tooth device first, then I can use the other modes. Otherwise I can scroll through modes and there is no sound.”

Hello, Sorry to hear you are having trouble with your Total Pa Glow Max. The radio will not play any sound without a bluetooth device connected? That is the only sound mode that doesn't require a separate connection. To use USB/SD cards, you must have a properly formatted USB or SD card inserted into the device, with Audio files on them per the user guides' instructions, and the Aux input requires a source to be plugged into the Aux connection.
