You can press in the analog/volume button on the back and turn the source power up but the unit isn't as loud as I was expecting either. I however plan to buy a second unit and pair them together which will definitely help.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, this unit is a 500W speaker, and should be as loud as other 500W speakers in our line. This could be due to the bluetooth volume on your mobile device, be sure that the volume is at 70-75%. Then be sure that the source is set to Bluetooth and that the volume knob for the source is turned up as well the main volume. if you are still having trouble, please reach out to Ion Audio Customer support (401) 658-3743!
