- Answer Other than water, iRobot Hard Floor Cleaning Solution is the only recommended and approved and solution that should be used in the Braava m6.

- Answer The m6 has dual voltage. Please keep in mind (in case it pertains) that all robots should only be used in their country of purchase so the warranty isn't voided.

- Answer I have had this happen as well. It is usually due to the fact I do not have the wet mop in properly
