We have Comcast, which is a broadband service. I had to call them and have them walk me through splitting out our 2.4 Ghz network so the Roomba app could "see" it. It was pretty simple, and came in handy when we got some Alexa wall plugs that needed to "see" the 2.4 Ghz, as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hopefully you will have figured this out by now but if not here is how I fixed the problem. In the settings menu of your phone find the Wi-Fi tab. It should list your available networks. Mine has the 5G network and the 2.4 network listed separately. Choose the 2.4 setting and continue the set up.
