The problem might be different from my issue. My cleaning crew came and cleaned the house and they pulled out the Roomba charger cord out and didn't plug back in after they were done. So when the Roomba schedule to clean and low on battery and tried to come back to the base but not found. So far I don't have any other problem. I did have problems on my older model and can't figured out.

There may be an issue with where the base has been placed, the location of any virtual walls or an update needed to the app itself.
