I owned a guinea pig MANY years ago so I'm sure it will pick up its poop as long as it's normal (for a guinea pig) and not diarrhea. The hay is another matter. As you can imagine, it all depends on the length and consistency of the hay. If it's too long or piled too high, almost no household vacuum can take stiff hay in. In this case, if the hay is relatively short (up to 1.5" or so), it should pick it up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could probably handle a bit of hay, but I definitely don’t think you want to be vacuuming up poop pellets with it. It’s quite low to the floor with not much clearance.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've seen reports of robot vacuums (not necessarily this one) encountering dog poop and then proceeding to smear it all over the floors and carpets. They simply cannot deal with it, presumably because it's the consistency of soft-serve ice cream and impossible to sweep up. That said, IIRC, guinea pig poop is small and pelletized so it MIGHT handle it. However, CAVEAT EMPTOR! (Buyer beware) You can't return it once it's encountered poop.
