“I have a Samsung note8. When I stream spotify or play the music is static. My friends android streamed spotify crystal clear. I had it installed at best buy and the guy didnt know what to do. Any suggestions? I can play YouTube and there is no static.”

Have you tied streaming your device to someone else's bluetooth car audio? Also you might want to try clearing your device from the bluetooth list and re-add it. If you are using radio modulator vs the aux-in, try a different station.
