Unfortunately not, Mini DP to HDMI adapters do not work on a PS5. The PS5 only has a HDMI video out port that it uses to transmit audio and video in conjunction with a HDMI cable. It cannot transmit audio or video via Mini DP to HDMI Adapter. If the HDMI port of your PS5 is broken, you will need to get it fixed.
