    • Answer Unfortunately not, Mini DP to HDMI adapters do not work on a PS5. The PS5 only has a HDMI video out port that it uses to transmit audio and video in conjunction with a HDMI cable. It cannot transmit audio or video via Mini DP to HDMI Adapter. If the HDMI port of your PS5 is broken, you will need to get it fixed.

    • Answer No, if you are wanting to stream the PS4 to your computer, you would need a "Game Capture Station" such as JVA02, JVA04 JVA14 or JVA06. If you are trying to use your computer screen as a display to connect your Ps4, that will not work since the Ps4 HDMI is an output.
