• This item does not block charging port. The magnetic charging port is about 3 inches below ports.

• The JDD320B should not block the Surface charging port when used with a compatible computer. If you are having trouble seting up your dock, please contact our Customer Service team. Their information can be found on the back of the packaging your device came in as well as the manual.
