You have to go to the website for J5 create. It is actually quite simple. I’ve done it for my Windows PC and my Mac with no issues. Just google j5 create driver download

If you have a computer that has Windows 10 or later, network access, and administrative rights then the driver will be installed simply by plugging the adapter into the laptop. If you have a Mac computer then the driver must be downloaded from the j5create website and installed. Thank you.
