Proper functionality entails downloading and installing a driver on a Windows or Mac platform and depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. If your computer does not have a USB-C port, the JCA366 will not work and we do not recommend using a USB-C adapter to our device. The other option will be the JUA365. The JCA366 is the only adapter that has (4) HDMI ports.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been using this on my Windows 11 utilizing a USB-C to USB 3.0 adapter with no issues at all for the last 2 years. I just upgraded my PC and it still works perfectly with the adapter. Though not recommended, it does work for me with no issues.
