    • Answer Hello, The j5create - USB Type-C-to-HDMI Video Adapter (JCA153G) is designed to connect to a computer or phone with a USB-C port, that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode, to an external monitor with an HDMI input. Unfortunately, the JCA153G will not allow you to connect the Samsung Galaxy A20 to a displays as this phone does not support DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Thank you for your question.

    • Answer Hello Skeebyk, Thank you for your question! Yes, the j5create - USB Type-C-to-HDMI Video Adapter (JCA153G) will be compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S6 tablet. The JCA153G will allow for you to either: mirror the tablet display onto an external display, such as a television, monitor, or projector, or use Samsung Dex Mode.

  • QuestionIs this compatible with the Lenovo ideapad320? I want to project Zoom from my laptop to my Samsung TV.

    • Answer Unfortunately, it does not appear the USB-C port on the Ideapad 320 supports DP alt-mode/Thunderbolt 3 which is a required feature for the JCA153G to function and therefore will not work. We recommend contacting support on the casing to speak to a rep and they will be able to make recommendations.

    • Answer The PC/laptop would need to support DisplayPort Alt Mode on the type-c port. Only certain models of the HP EliteBooks support this feature, please refer to your device's specifications for comparability.
