Yes, however, the Microsoft Windows laptop must support DisplayPort Alt Mode to transmit audio and video signals and USB Power Delivery to support pass through charge through it's USB-C port. Without those 2 features, the USB-C to 4K HDMI Adapter with Power Delivery will not be compatible for your device.
