“I'm using two 32" TVs. They are both new, same make/model TVs, however only one will properly display the desired resolution, regardless of configuration. Will this adaptor not support both? (I have already installed the latest driver.)”

The USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter supports two displays, one display up to 3840 x 2160 and another display up to 2048 x 1152. Please ensure that your monitors support those resolutions. If you have any further questions please reach out to our customer support team. Thank you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am just a novice , my new machine only had two ports that would operate monitors so added a video card inside of desktop to accommodate three monitors, working as planned now, hope that helped , was getting frustrated till geek squad helped me
