QuestionI'm using two 32" TVs. They are both new, same make/model TVs, however only one will properly display the desired resolution, regardless of configuration. Will this adaptor not support both? (I have already installed the latest driver.)

QuestionDoes it matter what type of USB-C port you have? I tried a different j5create adapter and it was not compatible with my USB-C port. Mine is the most basic usb-c (not SS, not D, not thunderbolt).

However, it does require an installation of a driver and depending on the OS you have, different instructions apply. Please make sure you have full admin rights to complete the installation process.
