The USB-C to Dual HDMI Adapter requires a MCT driver for functionality. Download the driver by visiting j5create support page. Select your macOS driver and install it. Enable Screen Recording by going to System Settings > Privacy & Security. Restart your Mac after making changes. If you require further assistance; please contact the j5create Technical Support team.
