Yes, the JCA379 will work for your phone in displaying HDMI to a TV and charging it. However, if your phone does not support DP alt-mode, it will not provide you with HDMI and therefore, we recommend using the JUA165C instead and that will work for you. But, the JUA165C will not charge.
