“The Best Buy salesperson told me this webcam comes with an app that will allow me to zoom in and narrow my field of view. I cannot find one and j5 support has not replied to my email. Does anyone know if this is possible with this camera?”

• This device does come with an app, but it only allows you to change the picture color settings. Unfortunately, we do not make an application that will allow you to zoom and change the field of view for the JVCU360.
