Q: QuestionI finally got a chance to use this webcam for my Zoom gym classes yesterday. I could see the instructor and hear her without a problem, but she could not hear me. I have Windows 10 on my HP and it says it is compatible. Why could she not hear me?

• A:Answer it does have a built in microphone but it appears not to work well unless you are very close to it. If using it on a laptop you do have the option of picking which microphone to use. I use the j5 camera with my built in speakers on my laptop and that works well. Have had many meetings on line with this set up and people see and hear me just fine.

Q: QuestionDoes anyone else have the power light always red on this unit? When using the camera, there is a small green light. However, the power light itself appears always to be red whether in use or not. I’m wondering if perhaps this means something.
