- Answer The system requirement is windows 10, so it might not support it. You can go to Microsoft’s website and see if you can still upgrade to windows 10 for free. Been 4-6 years since I did it so I don’t know if it’ll still work.

- Answer A TV will typically not be able to support a direct connection to a webcam. If you are using a TV as a monitor for a computer and you connect the webcam to that computer it will work.

QuestionStopped working after first day. I don't know why it goes from green to red when I plug it in my usb. I even moved it to another usb port and again it goes from green to red. Please help.

- Answer The green light will turn on when the JVCU100 is first plugged in and switch to red indicating it is powered and detected. In order to keep the green light on, you need to open a software to work with the JVCU100 and once it is in use, the green light stays on. For further assistance, we recommend contacting support on the casing and an agent will be happy to help.

- Answer Mine had a plastic cover over the front. There is a tab you can use to remove it. If that isn't the problem, make sure whatever program you're using is set to use this camera. It could be that the camera isn't selected, and the audio is coming from another source (internal mic, headset, etc)

- Answer This device does come with an app, but it only allows you to change the picture color settings. Unfortunately, we do not make an application that will allow you to zoom and change the field of view for the JVCU360.

- Answer I place the j5create on the top edge of the monitor. The front lip just catches the monitor frame and the adjustable rear leg rests on the back of the monitor. Very practical.

- Answer The camera itself does not tilt up or down but the base does. Allowing you to face it down. I am attaching some pictures so you know what I’m talking about. Overall it’s the best camera you will buy. The definition is outstanding
