“Stopped working after first day. I don't know why it goes from green to red when I plug it in my usb. I even moved it to another usb port and again it goes from green to red. Please help.”

The green light will turn on when the JVCU100 is first plugged in and switch to red indicating it is powered and detected. In order to keep the green light on, you need to open a software to work with the JVCU100 and once it is in use, the green light stays on.
