“I have one external display connected through the Thunderbolt port, and he other with this adapter. It shows two additional screens (5 in total) when it should only be three. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, why am I getting this problem?”

Please make sure HDMI Adapter is connected directly to a computer. Uninstall and reinstall the driver once more with out the device connected. Go to j5create website and download the required drivers under the Support tab > Downloads/Drivers. Once completed, connect the device and go to your display settings. If you see those additional display's, click on the box and select "Disconnect this Display".
