“I'm synchronizing 2 tvs with this device but in 1 tv is showing an error saying there's no signal or no hdmi cable. What I can do to fix this issue or the j5 create doesn't work with 2 tvs sync.”

The Wireless Display HDMI Extender is meant to be used by connecting the TX, for an example, to a laptop equipped with a HDMI port and the RX to your TV. Will not work with 2 TV's.
