As long as you have a Bluetooth built in your PC, you should be fine. Just go to Bluetooth settings and add a device. You might not be able to use the hearthrough feature like on the app.

It is most likely the device that brings Bluetooth into your PC that requires the proper driver - not the headset, itself. That Bluetooth device must support the same Bluetooth "profiles" supported by the Elite 65t.
