“So I bought these earbuds 5 months ago and now they do not recharge fully. In addition, the light on the inside of the charging case has stopped working. They have not gotten wet or been left in a hot or cold environment. Any advice?”

These have a 2 year warranty so I would contact Jabra customer service.
