Not sure about them working on two phones. You do not have to wear both at the same time.

Hello Pantrcub, You can pair the Jabra Elite 65t with up to 8 devices, At any specific time you can have 2 connected to your headset. You can use them both as a pair, or if you prefer you can use the right bud by itself. Thank you for your question.

You can function with 1 bud in at a time. Leave the other one in the charging case because they are easy to lose or keep track of otherwise. Not sure if the bud work on 2 phones. They are controlled by the Jabra app and are synced this way.
