No. The feature “to not pause audio” when one earbud is pulled out, only allows you to continue playing in the one earbud. If these earbuds are more than 8 inches apart, you will not be able to share them with your partner. Apple AirPods does allow you to share. I have a pair of each.

Enable Mono Audio in accessibility to fix that issue. You can also use one of the various bluetooth transmitters on the market that can send to two devices at once and use two sets of bluetooth headphones.

Very much like the Apple Airpods. However the app has a setting to turn this off. So I would say you probably can.
