“Hi, I bought my Active 65t a month ago from you and I was able to connect to my desktop and IPhone in the same time. after last Jabra updates, I have to pair it every time I want to use the other one. It is just disconnecting from old one. any advise?”

• Try and get your money back. Jabra will stop them from working with an update in a few months anyway.
