Yes and yes. They're really versatile as they can be used in an office environment thanks to the ambient sound feature, they have good isolation when you need it and they sound great. Also they're sweat resistant so they're good for workouts and the fit is good and secured without the need of wings or hooks. Really recommend these, I have Bose Soundport Free, Jaybird Run, Samsung Gear X 2018, and I find myself using these 80% of the time.

NO. it doesn't support advanced multipoint connection. You can pair multiple phones, but not at the same time. You can pair to your laptop, and toggle the music for laptop, then pair to your phone and toggle phone calls, but you CANNOT simultaneously connect two phones. Talked with Jabra technical support.

RE: announcing calls, yes, it will announce the name of the caller (if it's in your contacts) or the caller's phone number, if you have your cell phone set up to do so. 

I'm not certain what multi-point capability is, so I can't speak to that.

It does not have multi-point pairing, but it does announce incoming calls (at least on my Android-based LG G6)...
