I have the same problem. I have been reading up, something I should have done a little more before buying, and this seems to be a common problem. These earbuds are good for virtually everything else but making a call. I've only had them one day and every time I make a call the person on the other end either complains about the background noise or about white noise when it is quiet. I was unaware because on my end the audio sounds clear. However, if I cannot make calls then I will be returning them. From what I have read many people have this problem to the point that they do not even use them to make phone calls. Apparently, the mic is not noise cancelling and the only response I get from customer support is to turn them off, and then back on and re-pair with my device. Surprise! that does nothing.

I have the same problem with my Jabra 75t active. Whatever I do, people complain to hear background noises so much louder than me. I was unable to figure out how to avoid that.

Unusable for calls because of the background noise it catches. I've been complaining everywhere I can to try to get Jabra's attention. I have a tape over the microphone but that doesn't solve the problem either.

You should be able to go into the jabra app and adjust ambient noise.
