- Answer Hi there! We are so happy to announce that you will be able to use both ear buds independently through an update via the Jabra Sound+ app in 2020. At the moment, we are focusing on fulfilling orders that have already been made, due to a delay in the launch date. We anticipate that the Elite 75t will be available, in select countries, from mid-November 2019. Thank you so much!

QuestionWhat is call quality like? And when receiving a call does it ring or says phone number that's calling

- Answer The call quality sounds virtually the same as the Elite 65t. I don't know how to describe it that well but it reminds me of AM radio. It's not the best but it's clear enough for the receiver to hear you without static sounds or anything like that. I found that when the mic is use for voice memos on your phone it's a lot clearer. The Caller ID announcement is one feature that is missing from the Elite 75t that is on the Elite 65t. It's no longer supported. Instead incoming calls will just ring, like any other bluetooth headset.

QuestionWhen will the Jabra 75t in the all black be released at Best Buy. One of the websites I was on said November first it will be available in the states. There are no dates and I want a set. Love the 65ts and want to get this pair.

- Answer They are now! Mine were mailed to me on the 4th and as of this writing, the website allows you to add it to your shopping cart which I'd presume you can then buy. You can't even add it to your cart at that conglomerate web place named after a jungle in South America.

QuestionThe Jabra 75T currently comes in 2 colors: black or titanium black (think silver). I read that a third color (gold beige) should also be available. Please confirm and when will it be available for purchase? Thanks!

- Answer No, they do not. They use a USB-C cable. The 85t's do have wireless charging.

QuestionA question about the software update mentioned in some previous answers: Can two people share a pair of earbuds with the earbuds farther than 8 inches apart, or will the right earbud need to be in the case when the left earbud is being used independently.

- Answer Hi JC18- great question! At this time, you are not able to share your Jabra Elite 75t with another person as the two earbuds have a range of 8-10 inches between each other. This will not change when the left earbud is able to be used on its own. That update will simply allow you to switch which earbud is the primary and which is the dependent.

QuestionI've paired earbuds with every device in my home and no issue. But I'm having issues with the sound when paired to my Samsung TV it doesn't allow me to increase the sound via remote or earbuds

- Answer I've never tried to connect the two directly but what I do is have my earbuds connected to phone (Note 10) then through the smart things app, had the audio of the tv play through my phone wich in turn plays through my earbuds.

QuestionDo you have to use the app to use these? Also can you play music say from amazon music?

- Answer No, you don't have to use the app. I had them paired to 2 phones but only installed the app on one so that I could configure them. Any config changes you make are loaded to the buds and will carry over should you have them connected to a second device. If you use one device and choose not to use the app you will not have access to some of the deeper configuration choices.

- Answer Yes! The charging case is a small pod the buds go into, however; I would purchases a rubber covering that has a Keychain clip accessory to avoid loosing. I purchased these earbuds and I lost them within 2weeks.. I lost the dominant right ear bud being black and had I not purchased the Keychain case, I would lost that.
