I had same issue. I returned and then the other airbud did not work. I exchanged again and it works. 1/3 works…poor quality.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine will do this sometime and i have to put them back in the case and put them back in my ear to get the left one to reconnect. Also try just pressing and holding the bottom button on the left earbud, will connect that waybas well.
